May 3 Memories -Big Sister at Inquiry Night

Over the last month, Amanda has started to write down memories of Audrey's life.  I have challenged myself to write down a different memory for every day of May.  May Memories of Audrey will help me focus some of my memories, some organized by topic, some chronologically organized.

Two nights ago, Hannah had Inquiry night.  It is a night that she gets to show us her main project of the academic year.  It was awesome.  She showed us her project, and her grandparents, aunt and cousins all came to support her.

Her biggest supporter wasn't there physically last night.  Audrey loved supporting her sister.  It looked different than other siblings' support, but it was the fiercest support. Hannah had projects on the rainforest biome and dinosaurs the last 2 years.  This year, her project was on the West Region of the US and about a business that her and partner started.

Audrey relaxing with Grandpa. Grandpa came to all of Hannah's inquiry nights and has a picture with Audrey at the first two inquiry nights.

It was challenging for Audrey to attend Hannah's activities as attention span and their was just a lot of stimulation.

When Audrey passed away, Hannah definitely felt the support of her school, as her principal, all her previous teachers, many teachers that interacted with her but weren't her classroom teachers, her librarian, music teacher and even more staff all came to support her at Audrey's celebration of life.
Her two teachers from the previous 2 years took her to do her school shopping.

Hannah has had so much support from her family and her school family.  We feel so much pride about both of our girls.
